Activities of the SysMIC team are organized in 4 main topics:
• Integrated circuit and system testing
The objectives are the development of methods allowing to reveal the dysfunctionning of hardware parts involved in high complexity systems. Models, techniques, and a wide range of software, hardware and architectural solutions are developed for the detection, diagnosis, and possibly repair of various and/or new types of failures.

• Adaptive architectures
The objectives are the exploration and the design of innovative flexible and reconfigurable architectures for future applications (signal and image processing, security, ...), and the development of models and design tolls for these architectures, including the consideration of emerging technologies and emerging concepts (bio-inspired phenomena for instance).
